General and Account:

Q: Do I need an account to buy a product?

A: Account registration at WOII is required if you are going to make any purchases, the account will give you a better experience to check your order history, track your order, and other facilities, we urge you to create an account to ensures a valid communication channel for all parties involved in any transactions. 

Q: I forgot my password, how do I retrieve it?

A: Please use the "lost password" link on the sign-in page. You will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password, please follow the instruction. If you still having trouble? email us and we are happy to help you.

Q: Do I need an account to use a Wishlist and use the Compare page? 

A:Yes, you do need an account to check your Wishlist and use the Compare page.

Q: What is the currency used for all transactions?

A: All prices are provided in USD, you can change the currency to your favour, from the currency menu.

Q: Who should i contact if i have any queries?

A: Contact us by email to us at info@woii.co and we will contact you within 24 hours, or visit contact us page for more information.

Q: How to edit my address or add a new address?

A: If you want to edit your address or add a new one, log in to your account then scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click view address, then you can add a new address, edit, or delete.

Q: How do I place my order?

A: By choosing the item that you wish to buy, then select from the option available for this item, after that you may put the item in the cart to continue shopping or proceed to checkout (by click on the checkbox I've read and agree with the terms and conditions) to go to the checkout page, fill up all the required information or just log-in if you have an account, after that process the payment, then you are done.Please read the terms and conditions.

Q: What are the available payment methods?

A: For now, the available payment method is PayPal.

Q: How may I pay for my order?

A: After choosing the product and proceed to checkout, click on continue payment then follow the instruction.

Exchange and Return:

Q: How can I exchange or return an item?

A: We are very sorry if you are not satisfied with the product. Please contact us once you have decided to exchange or return the product. You have 10 days from the day you received the product to determine whether you want to keep the product, exchange the product, or return the product. Read more about Exchange and Return policy

Q: Can I change my order size, color or model after order been placed?

A: After placing your order there are 2-5 working days for preparation during that time you can edit your order, but If your order has been shipped you can’t change it, please wait until you receive your package then contact us for change. Please DO NOT refuse the package as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics. Read more Exchange & Return Policy

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, you have the right to cancel your order, you may contact us immediately once you have decided to cancel your order if your order has been shipped please wait until you receive your package then contact us for assistance. Please, do not refuse the package as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics. Read more Refund policy.

Shipping:

Q: What shipping methods are available?

A: During the checkout you will be given options regarding the delivery service available, those options are subject to change without notice, depending on the carrier terms and conditions.

Q: Do we ship internationally?

A: We ship to most of the countries, but not all. Just enter your shipping address in the shipping information section of the order process, or at the cart page, and use the Country dropdown menu to select your country from the list, then you will be told if your shipping country is available or not.

Q: How long will take to get my package?

A: The order processing time is 2-5 working days, with a few exceptions like holidays, weekends. After your order has been shipped out, the delivery may take several days to reach you, depending on the shipping service and products selected. This includes door to door customs clearance, be aware that delivery times will vary due to customs, traffic, and any other reason. Read more about shipping terms.

Q: How do I ship an order to someone else, or how do I ship a gift?

A: There are 2 options to ship over to someone else:

1- If you have an account, sign in to your account then at the bottom of the account page, under your account details, click on the button View Address, you will see ADD A NEW ADDRESS, click on it and add the specific address that you want, then during the checkout, select the address from your address list.

2-The second option is: if you are not sure what to give, or to buy a gift for someone, we offer our Gift Cards that could be emailed to that special someone to allow them to choose what they would like!

Q: How to check my order status and how I track my order?

A: Please sign-in to your account to check your order history and status.

Normally, We will email to you with the tracking number when your order shipped out, you may track it with the number here: https://www.17track.net/en

Q: How to modify my shipping address?

A: Once your order has been shipped out, you may not be able to modify your shipping address. So, please make sure to add the right address during the checkout, read more about shipping in the shipping policy.

Q: Is there a notify email about my order being shipped?

A: After placing your order, the processing time is 2-5 working days. This processing doesn’t include the shipping time, We will send you an email after we ship the item, or if there is any delay, please make sure you login with the right email account, and check your mailbox and spam folder as well.

If you can't find an email in seven days after you’ve placed the order, please contact us.
